JOB PURPOSE:
(Role Summary):

Responsible for supporting and assessing project progress against targeted goals, timelines and budget considerations and liaise with various stakeholders.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Education:
Diploma (Electronics Engineering)


Experience:
(2-3yrs)/Freshers can apply.


Specific Industry Experience:
Marine Industry (preferable but not mandatory)


Other Requirements**:
Willing to learn and perform as per training provided

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Responsible for supporting the Sales team in fulfilling project management with close follow up and completion of project according to the scheduled timeline.
  • Ensure participation in discussion with customers along with the Sales team to understand the requirements of the project.
  • Responsible for collaborating with internal department and external stakeholders, service partners on project work such as installation and break-fix work, scheduling partner, preparing spare parts, customer configs, activation, drawing/layout, logistic matters, etc.
  • Able to liaise with vendors for the purchase of equipment and other materials.
  • Able to setup and configure the systems to be deployed on the vessels.
  • Responsible for coordinating and support engineers onboard with the assistance from Station Satcom or vendor support team.
  • Responsible for liasoning with Billing, Collection and Payment teams.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:


  • Preparation of MIS reports as and when needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
  • As may be assigned by the management from time to time.
5 days work (MON to Fri), 9am to 6pm
