- Schedule meetings, appointments and manage calendar
- Manage travel itinerary
- Assist in submission of claims and other administrative matters
- Any other duties assigned
- Min. GCE 'O' Level
- Min. 1 year experience in admin / relevant roles
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel etc.)
- Able to communication and write in English fluently
