    Roles & Responsibilities

    Temp Personal Assistant / Admin

    • Nearest mrt: Raffles Place
    • Duration: 6 months (Subjected to conversion or extension)
    • Working hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid – 2 days' WFH & 3 days' work from office)
    • Salary: $2400

    Main Duties:

    • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Deputy CEO
    • Schedule meetings, appointments and manage calendar
    • Manage travel itinerary
    • Assist in submission of claims and other administrative matters
    • Any other duties assigned

    Requirements:

    • Min. GCE 'O' Level
    • Min. 1 year experience in admin / relevant roles
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel etc.)
    • Able to communication and write in English fluently
