Description

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
• Identifying and evaluating new potential renewable energy projects and opportunities for solar projects and/or other related opportunities.
• Interacting and engaging with local and national authorities is expected, including but not limited to building relationships with local and regional governmental bodies.
• Analyzing and interpreting regulations, policies, competitive landscape, power markets, input prices, and other market data to drive development activities and enhance company's overall strategy.
• Managing and overseeing internal and external resources in the process of structuring, negotiating and closing project transactions including offtake agreements, sales shares purchase agreement, and EPC contracts.
• Supervising, guiding in all technical, legal, and commercial activities will be necessary for success, as well as your influence facilitating and contributing to staff recruited (development, construction, O&M)
• Responsible for managing all daily activities in association with BD, Investment, Legal, CS, HR, Finance & IT etc
• Reporting to the board, providing market insights and strategic advice. Preparing and presenting to shareholders, having the ability to influence decision makers.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and preferably with exposure to finance and deals
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a similar role. 2+ years of experience in power project development, preferably in solar, wind, and/or storage technology. Familiarity with real estate development, transmission, and power project engineering
