    Business Analyst (Intern) (July-Dec) 2024)


    We are looking for exceptionally smart individuals who possess strong problem solving skills and have an avid interest in web or mobile development.

    You should be able to learn quickly and work independently, and while we will provide support to your learning, you must demonstrate tenacity and resourcefulness in overcoming challenges and acquiring new skills.

    ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner.
    Document and present findings in the form of workflow diagrams, specifications and other project specific documentation.

    Conceptualize business processes and present it visually using workflow diagrams and slide decks to effectively communicate (visually) complex ideas and concepts.

    Manage the project timeline, plan and priorities tasks in a constantly changing environment.

    Participate and support various activities during the software development lifecycle (requirements gathering, development in sprints, QA and testing, deployment etc).Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that effectively presents progress and status of different aspects of the project to different stakeholders.


    Deliverables may include the following:


    Architecture DiagramsCloud Hosting and Set-up (AWS or Azure cloud)Technical integrations with 3rd party systemsPerformance and Load TestingSolution Design / Technical SpecificationsData Extraction, Transformation and MigrationUser stories/ functional specificationsWorkflow diagrams to demonstrate business processesBeing able to learn and apply company's Tech Stack such as C#, Python, .

    NET, VueJS, Flutter, Svelte, React Native, in day-to-day work


    RequirementsStudents will be required to commit full time hours per week for at least at least 5 months (preferably 6 months and above).

    The candidate should have excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to visualize workflows and translate them into digital mediums (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMeticulous and detailed oriented with excellent documentation skillsDemonstrated aptitude for analysisStrong and avid interest in web and mobile applicationsPrior experience as a Business Analyst in a software delivery project would be advantageousCandidates with outstanding performance may be offered a full-time position upon graduation

    Learning OutcomesParticipate in daily stand-up meetings as part of the development team and understand agile development methodologyGain experience in applying existing academic knowledge in solving real-world problems

    The ideal candidate should be available to commit to a full-time internship schedule throughout the internship period.

    This commitment includes not having concurrent class schedules or other major conflicting commitments during the internship period, to ensure their active participation and engagement in our internship program.
