Description:Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure the success of the project, including deliverables, timelines, and P&L.
Form, train, and manage a project team to meet project objectives.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with the customer.
Recruit and manage vendors to provide services required by the project.
Develop SOPs to guide the project team and to ensure quality.
Track and monitor project progress, taking necessary actions to address gaps.
Communicate information and instructions to the project team and vendors.
Conduct periodic audits and checks on vendors.
Investigate and take corrective actions for complaints.
Provide periodic project progress updates to management, including revenue and cost forecasts.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in large-scale projects.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicles is a bonus.
Understanding of quality systems and project financials.
Strong ability to work with and manage customers, project teams, and vendors.
Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable to work with various systems.
Independent, diligent, meticulous, and responsible, and poses a positive attitude.
Knowledge in training would be beneficial.
Minimum diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Driving license and preferably own transport.
