Job DescriptionCross-border M&A advisory with a focus on ASEAN transactionsDebt & equity financing of companies, including identification of providers of capitalSupport ASEAN-based companies in business expansion including identification of business partnersAssist companies in financing using financial instruments such as securitizationAssist companies to list on the stock exchangeAssist investors to identify and purchase real estateOrigination of business transactionsThe Successful ApplicantStrong ability to originate business opportunitiesBasic knowledge of financial valuation including creating and analyzing financial valuation modelsBasic knowledge of financial accountingAbility to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
Willingness to face challenges in developing business.Ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience in banking, consulting, accounting, or other relevant fields.
