Description
My client, a service provider looking to hire a Performance Testing lead to be based at a client site. The role requires Jmeter expertise.

Working location is at Central Business District, nearby Raffles MRT station. This is a full time, permanent role.

Role

  • Conduct performance tests to identify and address system bottlenecks.
  • Analyze complex software to develop effective testing strategies.
  • Lead integration testing across systems to ensure performance and scalability.
  • Manage user testing and defect lifecycle to ensure quality.
  • Improve Agile testing practices and tools to optimize performance testing.
  • Develop and execute performance test plans to verify system performance under load.
  • Plan, write, execute, and analyze tests to identify and measure performance issues.
  • Use data to enhance performance testing processes and improve results.
  • Document and resolve performance testing issues.
  • Train staff and consult on performance testing best practices.
  • Audit performance testing processes to ensure compliance with standards.
**Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in performance testing, including automation and load testing tools.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with scripting and testing tools, such as
    JMeter or similar tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
