Description
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of assigned properties including service contracts, supervision of addition and alteration works and implementation of any maintenance, capital works and special projects.
- Implement Inspection Program and Scheduled Maintenance Program in the properties including lifts and other fixed assets.
- Liaise with IFMs (where appropriate) to ensure that properties are maintained efficiently.
- Implement initiatives that reduces short
- Monitor the performance of service providers on annual basis.
- Project manage storage fitout work on adhoc basis.
- Assist the implementation of marketing and leasing strategies to improve the occupancy rate of the properties.
- Comply with all statutory rules and regulations and property guidelines of the Company.
- Maintain good relationship with clients and tenant.
- May have to travel occasionally in the region to inspect, suggest improvement plan, supervise adhoc project, monitor regular property maintenance work.
- Any other work scope relating to the management of properties from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate/ Property Management or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of related working experience.
- Willing to travel out of Singapore occasionally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptable, able to multitask and work well independently and in a team.
- Strong leadership, team management, and teambuilding skills.
- Ability to work independently, priorities tasks, and meet deadlines.
