Responsibilities

. Set daily/weekly/monthly objective3s and communicate them to employees

. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

. Oversee and coach employees

. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
