Sales Engineer - Singapore - SEIKI GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities
- Execute sales processes, handle customer queries, provides quotation and negotiation.
- Expand new client base, maintain and service existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly sales report to management.
- Support Sales Manager in preparation of technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Attend enquiry and evaluation of repair work requirement.
- Liaise with technical manager and other relevant staff in the evaluation and resolution of any quotation / order issues before submission of quotation
- Resolve problems with customer after repair service.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferable has some Sales related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- At least 2 years of working experience in semiconductor industry or related field.
- Pleasant disposition, proactive, outgoing and positive mindset.
