- Leave Administration – Handling end-to-end leave processes, including managing the email inbox, addressing leave-related queries, calculating leave balances, keeping the team updated, preparing reports, and maintaining internal communications.
- Training Administration – Managing the entire training administration process, from maintaining course catalogues to tracking attendance, sending reminders, and preparing relevant reports and agreements.
- Audit – Maintaining secure archives for both annual and ad-hoc audits.
- Government Paid Claims – Processing and monitoring government-paid claims like national service, maternity, paternity, and childcare leave while ensuring accurate reporting and employee communication.
- 2-year commitment (option to extend based on performance)

- Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Up to $3200 + Performance Bonus
- Minimum 'A' Levels or Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leave and training administration, payroll processing, preferable with knowledge of SuccessFactors systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (at least Intermediate level)
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and meticulous nature
- Adept at working in a fast-paced environment
