Description
We're looking for a Engineering Manager as we scale the team.Leading a team of technical ICs and managers, you'll be in charge of growing the Engineering group at Partipost while empowering them to deliver a great product.
The role- Develop and execute strategies for growing, training, developing, and retaining a highperforming team of engineers aligned to our culture
- Work closely with the CTO and Product to prioritise and deliver on our product roadmap, creating measurable value for our users and customers
- Oversee and optimise the daytoday operations of the team, ensuring both high morale and high output
- Communicate technical strategy to stakeholders
- Contribute to organisationwide initiatives
- Prior experience as a technical leader and people manager of an engineering team (bonus: experience leading a remote team)
- A champion of engineering best practices at different stages of growth
- Not afraid to deep dive into technical topics while knowing when to delegate
- Constantly looking for ways to improve everything with a track record of experimenting and iterating
- Comfortable managing upwards and downwards, advocating for Engineering while keeping the business' needs in mind
