Description
Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems- Install ,maintains, and troubleshoots required client software and hardware, Patching Inventory management
- IT support Setup
- Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated
- Any other adhoc duties assigned or required
- Document and maintain accurate records of all support requests and incidents, including resolution details.
- Participate in the development and implementation of desktop support policies and procedures.
- Assist with new hardware and software deployments, including imaging and configuration of new desktop and laptop systems
- Location is Tuas
