The SDR Manager will manage and grow a team of sales development representatives who are responsible for both inbound lead processing as well as cold outbound outreach.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Demand Generation, Recruiting, HR, Sales Enablement and Operations teams to develop our people while achieving amazing results.


Responsibilities:


  • Train and optimize a team of SDRs responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying, and opportunity creation
  • Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results
  • Closely monitor metrics and KPIs with the aim to increase productivity
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
  • Oversee usage of team systems including SFDC & Outreach.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure success of marketing campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales management experience
  • Outbound SDR management experience strongly preferred
  • Selfstarter with proven success as a sales leader
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data driven decisions
  • Experience using SFDC
  • Experience using Sales tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo etc.
