Position: Assistant Claims Clerk

Responsibilities:
•Assisting with the processing of car insurance claims from start to finish.
•Collecting and reviewing claim documentation for accuracy and completeness.
•Communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information.
•Providing administrative support to the claims department as needed.
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred.
•Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
