Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Perform regular Soft FM services (Landscaping & Pest Control, Cleaning)
• Manage & Coordinate with Cleaning, Landscaping & Pest Control service companies(Subcontractor) and the others
• Manage and maintain inventory, cleaning equipment across all facilities
• Manage and Control for Subcontractor Workplace Safety & Health works
• Ensure the skills of cleaning teams are properly trained and align to the client requirements
• Preparation and filing of documents in relation to works
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Strong knowldge of Landscaping & Pest Control with hands-on experiences
• Proven experience in Facility maintenance service in a large-scale facility (Minimum 5 years of experience in related field)
• Report writing and presentation skills ★★★
• MS Powerpoint, Auto-Cad work needed
• Able to perform shift work, work on weekends and public holidays
• Candidate with Landscaping Cert(Horticulturist or Arborist) preferable
