Marketing & Analytics Manager - Singapore - STRAITS INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD.
Description
**Job responsibilitiesBRAND
- Ensure brand consistency within brand guidelines when promoting the brand in a campaign and/ or on social media platforms;
MARKETING
- Review potential target markets for market segmentation to execute on the campaign
- Manage Product launches and events;
- Negotiate and liaise with creative agencies, where required, to ensure quality, timelyand costeffective delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Be able to manage webinar platform backend (Zoom, Bigmarker) where required.
- Manage budgets where appropriate;
ANALYTICS
- Analyse and develop reports so as to review the campaigns with the appropriate stakeholders;
- Develop measures, based on analytics, to enhance customer experience and improve future marketing campaigns based on identified areas of improvement;
CONTENT MANAGEMENT
- Manage website content by working with key stakeholders and team on direction for copy, visuals, and video
- Work with Product Teams to develop content for brochures
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Communications, Media or Marketing, or a relevant field (eg. Business)
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Meticulous and analytical
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as an individual contributor
- Outgoing personality, enjoy meeting people
- Good presentation & communication skills
- Good project management skills
- Familiar with social media tools and engagement
- Familiar with SEO and SEM
- Experience in Marcom will be an advantage
- Location: Singapore (hybrid)
