Founded in 2018, Foragers has since been on an onward journey to introduce exceptional and one-of-a-kind hospitality concepts to Asia.

One of our wonderful concepts is an Israeli street food-inspired restaurant called Miznon.

Miznon is located along Stanley Street.

Helmed by one of the leading figures in the Israeli culinary scene and appeared as a judge on the highly acclaimed Israeli "MasterChef", chef Eyal Shani, who imparts a sense of magic in every bite.

Responsibilities

Set up workstation with required mise en place, tools, equipment, and supplies.
Working closely with the kitchen staff to lead and inspire the team.
Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of items according to specific menus.
Maintain the high standards of food quality and safety
Enforcing strict adherence to health and safety standards in the kitchen, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

Prior experience of at least 1 year
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment while ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes.
Willingness to adapt to changing menu preferences, seasonal availability of ingredients.
A positive and collaborative attitude that fosters teamwork and a pleasant work environment.
