Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to the Vice Principal, you will lead the Academic Division to fully implement and ensure the meticulous execution of the Institute's academic policies and strategic directions to ensure the effective management of academic resources and the consistent alignment of all curriculumrelated processes with the Institute's and university partners' QA requirements.
Specifically you will be responsible for meeting the KPIs of the Academic division as set out by the management in the following areas:

  • Student Learning Development through attendance management and academic results tracking to ensure effective learning, teaching and academic assessment;
  • Classroom Management and Lecturer Teaching effectiveness through lecturer development of teaching and classroom management competences;
  • Academic Quality Assessment through various formative and summative assessment strategies so that students are supported and motivated and receive holistic education experiences;
  • Quality Assurance and Enhancement System to ensure a robust assessment of student's academic performance and promote continual improvement of academic standards;
  • Examination & Assessment Management so that there is a fair, valid and robust assessment of student's academic performance.

Requirements:


  • Preferably PhD or DBA from an accredited university in Singapore, UK, Australia or USA. All are welcome to apply.
  • At least 10 years of management experience preferably in the education industry
  • At least 10 years of teaching experience
