    Zumvet is a Singapore-based online pet healthcare platform - we connect veterinary professionals with pet parents to deliver accessible, affordable, and high-quality care through video consults and home-based services. We help pet owners triage emergency situations and can serve as a first point of contact for owners to decide if a physical consultation is required. Animal healthcare is made more convenient through medication delivery and home-based services.

    The responsibility of the Veterinary Practice Manager is to effectively use all available resources to provide the best possible patient care by the clinic and to ensure profitability of the practice.

    The veterinary practice manager reports to Management.

    Areas of responsibility encompass but not limited to:

    1. Veterinary Practice Administration

    2. Operational plans

    3. Training of staff

    4. Ordering and stocking supplies and equipment

    5. Staffing

    6. Safety and Security

    7. Review/evaluation/analysis of the past performance of the practice.

    To be successful in this role, you will generally need the following skills and qualities:

    1. Organization skills: This position requires a fine balance of administrative and clinic functions to coordinate the programs and resources including human resources.

    2. Leadership skills: Veterinary practice managers must be able to motivate employees and deal with issues that may arise so that the vets can focus on helping the health of the animals.

    3. Communication and interpersonal skills: Most of a veterinary practice manager's day is spent working with other people, so verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others are key to success.

    4. Ability to work and resolve problem independently.

    This is a Full time position with 1 weekend shift included

    Requirements:

    • Polytechnic diploma or higher
    • Min 3 years of supervisory experience
    • Remuneration will commence with experience.
