    About the Job

    Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, the Executive Assistant provides comprehensive support to the founders, acting as the primary liaison for internal and external matters. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily administrative tasks, coordinating high-level meetings, managing executive outreach efforts, and overseeing special projects while maintaining confidentiality. Additionally, the role involves supporting the CEO and COO in external commitments and actively participating in management meetings.

    Skills & Experiences Required

    You will need minimum of 5 years of experience in secretarial/office administration roles supporting Executives.

    • Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Workspace, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational and planning abilities.
    • Demonstrates good etiquette, maintains a pleasant demeanor, and exhibits a positive working attitude.
    • Capable of working with minimal supervision.
    • Deep understanding of stakeholder management and building organizational support.
