    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    1. Coordinating to ensure daily smooth operations of sales counter service.
    2. Enhance good relationship between agents and customer service staff.
    3. Making sure all GIRO/Direct Debit receipts are printed and submitted on given time.
    4. Handle customer enquiries whenever necessary.
    5. Ensuring all sales entry are with completed documents, with accuracy and secure (with compliance to PDPA).
    6. Handle Refund/Cancellation of Sales.
    7. Handling and Editing of all Direct Debit/GIRO Applications.
    8. Generating and ensuring all reports to Management are accurate and updated.
    9. Confirmation of Sales on timely basis.
    10. Ensuring of Sales closing is done within stipulated times.
    11. Participate as an action team on any company event (whenever necessary).
    12. Proper coordination with other department to get things done.
    13. Any other jobs assigned by HOD/superior from time to time.

    Qualification

    1. Secondary / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
    2. Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.

    Experience & Skill Required

    1. Well groomed.
    2. Customer service oriented.
    3. Good communication skill.
    4. Proficient in bilingual reading and writing.
    5. Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office Applications
    6. Good team player
    7. Able to work on rotating shift basis inclusive of weekend and PH
