Our client is a prominent and reputable player in the manufacturing industry.

There is now a need for the business to hire a driven and proven leader as their Operations Finance Manager to support their Singapore finance operations.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

Oversee Operations Financial Planning & Analysis and compliance activities
Business Partner to Singapore as well as Global Operations Leadership teams
Participate in annual long term strategic planning process.
Manage the Operational Resource Allocation (ORAM) Process for Singapore
Perform and present analysis of Headcount, COGS, Operational Metrics, Gross Margin and inventory trends to Management
Inventory controls and compliance such as Excess and Obsolescence reviews and participate in inventory reduction initiatives.
Partner with Business Unit controllers in the US on forecasting, transferring of new products to manufacturing and gross margin improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with Internal Control & SOX requirements

To be eligible for this role you will require:

10 years plus of experience leading Finance teams within a multinational business. Managerial Accountancy experience is a plus
Proven ability to develop and lead highperforming teams.
Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
Experience in analyzing business performance and developing financial plans within manufacturing environment is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Professionally proficient English communication skills are required.
Knowledge of SAP, financial analysis and budgeting Software
An analytical mind with good organizational skills.
