Job summary
Manage the full procurement cycle from Purchase Request to Purchase Order closure in the digital system.
Souce and evaluate suppliers securing at least three competitive quotations for each request. Negotiate key commercial terms including pricing lead times and payment conditions.
- Collaborate with Logistics to coordinate timely shipment and delivery of spare parts worldwide.
- Resolve discrepancies between POs Delivery Orders Service Reports and supplier invoices.
