Description

We are seeking a detailed oriented individual with a growth focused mentality to join our in-house media team as a Content Producer, working on creative videos to help entertain, engage and inform our audiences. Prior experience or internships with hands-on experience in a content / creative role is highly preferred (please include it in CV).

As part of our expansion effort, we understand the importance of growth and mentorship. You will be groomed in this stage of your career, on both soft and technical skills.And it starts with a clear brief on branding guidelines and product knowledge, demanding a level of attention to detail in your work. Moving on to various stages that will allow you to progress along this role at a good pace.

Daily Activities:

• Ingest brief on various project requirements
• Ensuring all shoots and edit tasks happen on time, resolving or reporting issues along the way.
• Oversee post-creative aspects of video production from filming, editing, to feedback.
• Collaborate internally to ensure video content aligns with our strategy and objectives.
• Exploring ways to identify, highlight, and add value to ideation and planning processes.
• Occasionally pitching, planning, and producing insightful and creative educational videos
• Optimise video content for our website, social media channels, and partner platforms and resolve any technical issues in real time.
• Gaining experience from seniors and handling incremental levels of task assigned

Requirements:

• Communication skills and knowing how to exercise initiative
• Organised and disciplined
• Attention to detail
• "There is no problem that cannot be solved" attitude
• Has a creative mind and daring attitude to try turning problems into opportunities
• Beginner knowledge of video, audio and graphic editing on Adobe Suite
• Namely: Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects
• Fluent in English, Mandarin fluency is a big plus
