JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
General Management

  • Department managing such as work review, plan
  • IT budget managing
  • Liaise with IT departments of Head office
  • Create/Update/Renew IT policy and procedure
  • Organize ITCO meeting
  • Report IT department work in Management meeting monthly
  • Manage IT incident and incident response plan
2.
Contingency Management

  • Carry out business recovery planning
  • Evaluate and recommend disaster recovery facilities and sites
  • Update, test and maintain the Business Continuity/ Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
  • Coordinate and execute the DRP in the event of disaster
  • Liaise with IT department of H.O. for VPN testing
3.
Systems and Application Management

  • Oversee hardware installations and systems environment
  • Investigate and report problems related to business appHcations system
  • Define systems Policy and procedures
  • Management 531 core banking system include user, parameter management
4.
Database Management

  • Develop and implement inhouse database utilities (e.g., develop report programs using database for user) and administration tools
  • Provide answers to queries for using database and database software
  • Liaise with Head Office OBA for database problem
5.
Security Management

  • Formulate security policies, standards, procedures and guidelines
  • Oversee security infrastructure
  • Monitor virus and other attack to internal network
  • IT security awareness training for all staff

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in technology related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years working experience in the banking and financial services
  • Experience with system administration such as IBM pSeries AIX System Administration, IBM DB2 9 Fundamentals etc.
  • Knowledge and experience in using Network Management System, i.e. Nagios etc. would be a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in Virtualization Infrastructure, i.e. VMware VCP Data Center Virtualization 2023 etc. would be plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred
