Description

• Maintenance and Operation of Hybrid IT infrastructure
• Senoko Energy's IT infrastructure comprises the cloud environment and onpremise IT equipment located primarily in the data centers and extended to other areas such as offices, plant control rooms and offsite locations such as IT DR site etc. The scope of IT infrastructure includes, but not limited to physical & virtual servers, data backup systems, routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, data diodes, Active Directory, communication lines, telephony systems etc.
• Maintain the physical and cloud IT infrastructure running 24x
• Execute routine maintenance such as patching, reconfiguration and other required maintenance.
• Monitor the health of onpremise and cloud IT infrastructure and rectify abnormalities when necessary.
• Manage data backups and replication.
• Execute corrective maintenance and operational processes.
• Manage software licenses and maintenance support agreements with vendors and ensure they are fitforpurpose and renewed ontime.
• Develop and maintain uptodate system documentation such as technical drawings, configurations, maintenance procedures, software and hardware asset inventory, and any other associated artefacts.
• Oversee contractors and vendors while work activities are being carried out, such as installation of new equipment, laying of cables, repair work etc. Ensure all work safety procedures are adhered in the course of work.
• Manage procurement and delivery of IT equipment and services. Manage invoices and payment to vendors and service providers.
• Manage the reporting of IT resource utilization statistics.
• Manage access control and attestation of services periodically, such as VPN, mobile subscription etc.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for IT accounts, services and resources.
• Implement new functionalities on existing IT systems or new IT systems when necessary.
• Carry out routine inspection of data centers, including IT assets and facilities.

• A degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent. Diploma holders with equivalent skillsets, certification and experience will be considered.
• At least 3 years of IT infrastructure management and knowledge of cloud preferred
• Experience in Advanced knowledge and experience in enterprise IT infrastructure maintenance and operation. Intermediate knowledge and experience in cloud environment management.
• Strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure maintenance and operation.
• Intermediate proficiency in cloud environment management (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

• Technically passionate and detail oriented. This is a highly technical role. Job holder must be comfortable with technology and has keen attention to technical detail.
• Sense of ownership. The job holder must be highly selfmotivated and take responsibility for the outcomes of the systems under his/her charge.
• Motivated and Adaptable. In the course of work, the job holder will be tasked to explore new technologies to support upcoming business initiatives or improve existing processes.
• Good interpersonal and interactions skills. The job holder will be working closely with many colleagues in the Company on regular basis. The job holder is required to form a strong working relationship with the other IT staff. In addition, the job holder must be able to interact with business users effectively to gather their thoughts and requirement.
