About the Role


The Department of Psychosocial Oncology offers a caring environment and a range of services to support patients and their loved ones manage living with cancer.

The Senior / Associate Executive shall provide administrative support to staff members in the department via a range of tasks which are vital for the smooth running of the team in supporting support to patients and their loved ones.

These tasks include day-to-day administrative, logistics and operation support.


Some of the Key Responsibilities Include

  • Provide administrative operations and logistic support to the department including compiling of department's statistics for reporting, preparing of financial reports for reimbursement of petty cash claims, maintenance of office supplies, inventory & department's colalteral
  • Attend to enquiries on department's service related matters, scheduling of outpatient appointments and inpatient cases, and assist to cover the duties of other Admin Support in the department, in their absence
  • Represent the department in administrative and operation meetingssm and support department's project works and other administrative and operation duties, as required

Job Requirements

  • At least a GCE 'O' Level with 3 credit passes including English and Mathematics and/or a proven track record in his/her ability in performing the functions of this position
  • Some relevant years of healthcare or social service experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel in tracking statistics and data
  • Meticulous, efficient, organized with good problemsolving, written and verbal communication skills
