Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and practices throughout all phases of construction, ensuring highquality standards are met.
- Establish a project and development management regime, ensuring efficient documentation control.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain property integrity and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and key performance indicators.
- Evaluate and recommend improvement plans for assets under management, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Organize and plan construction activities, setting targets, and reviewing requirements and methodologies.
- Optimize resource allocation and evaluate tender proposals for costeffective project execution.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, review variation orders, and coordinate site visits and meetings.
- Contribute to discussions on potential projects and asset enhancement initiatives.
- Oversee capital expenditures, including proposal development, budgeting, tender management, and project implementation.
- Maintain budgetary controls and ensure the delivery of highquality end products.
Key Requirements:
- Academic Qualification: Possess relevant professional certification in Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, and Autocad.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years' professional experience in real estate development for lodging assets, with expertise in technical due diligence, ownership/operations issues, and reporting.
- Experience with consultancy firms is a plus.
- Strong team player with an ownership mentality, selfmotivated, proactive, and resultoriented.
- Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certification and Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) Certification will be viewed favorably.
