Your role and Responsibilities:


  • Build custom demos using ServiceNow that represent how the Cloud Contact Center Platform can be deployed for a customer
  • Leverage relevant customer feedback and be the voice of the customer to the rest of the internal teams
  • Develop trust with client leadership to remove roadblocks and ensure customer success during project implementation
  • Understand customer use cases, formulate best practices, and when needed elaborate on the documentation (functional and technical)
  • Become an expert in ServiceNow Platform
  • Maintain ServiceNow Platform and keep it operational and ready for showcases
  • Lead the ServiceNow deployment portion of Cloud Contact Center Platform
  • Providing technical inputs as part of the tender bid team
  • Receive support escalation issues and drive them to resolution on a timely manner

Your profile:


  • Degree in a Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent with relevant experience
  • 3+ years in a customer/client facing technical role (Pre/Post Sales, Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Service Delivery, etc.) with a strong knowledge of network architectures, Cloud and CRM solutions
  • 2+ years of ServiceNow Architecting, Development and Support experience
  • Engaging personality, a true consulting approach and ability to communicate technical concepts to people of all backgrounds and skill levels
  • Time management and prioritization methods are second nature to you
  • Current and valid industry certifications for ServiceNow
  • Experience leading and/or managing teams is an advantage
