Job Description for Operations Manager:
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Oversight:The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures within the cafe's operations department 1

Process Improvement:Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols to enhance the cafe's internal capacity and efficiency of existing processes and procedures 2

Financial Management:Advanced experience in handling finances, building budgets, and ensuring that operational activities remain on time and within budget.

Leadership and Collaboration:Providing inspired leadership for the organization, making important policy, planning, and strategy decisions, and collaborating with department heads to develop strategies that benefit each team 3

Regulatory Compliance:Serving as a company representative on regulatory issues and ensuring that the cafe's operations remain legally compliant.

Human Resources Support:Assisting the Human Resources department with recruiting when necessary and promoting a company culture that encourages morale and performance 3
Qualifications and Skills:
