Content Services enable critical business functions within the bank by creating reliable E2E solutions for document management leveraging both in-house solutions and industry leading products.

Comprehensive experience in risk management in complex environments, including experience in incident and issue management, adhering to compliance obligations and developing 'risk resilient' cultures.


The skills to manage risk effectively including authentically communicating the importance of risk in a way that mobilises others to act, making robust decisions based on data and root cause analysis, creating an environment where people feel safe to speak up, working collaboratively across the three lines of accountability and delivering sustainable results.


Roles & Responsibilities
Have passion for solving problems using software

  • Have good experience in software development within an agile/DevOps environment
  • Are ready to execute stateoftheart coding practices, driving high quality outcomes to solve core business objectives and minimise risks
  • Are capable to create both technology blueprints and engineering roadmaps, for a multiyear document management transformational journey
  • Can lead and drive a culture where quality, excellence and openness are championed
  • Constantly think outside the box and breaking boundaries to solve complex problems.

Essential Skills:

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We do not expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these, or a willing to learn these skillsets (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team

  • Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming Concepts
  • Good experience in C#,.Net Framework and.
Net Core

  • Knowledge of Design Patterns
  • Experience in building and consuming APIs
  • AWS cloud and cloud patterns experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps and experience building CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) using OpenText Documentum and InfoArchive desirable but not a mandate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
