    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the software development life cycle, working with agile methodology from project initiation to post-implementation.
    • Collaborate with external clients, internal teams, and vendors.
    • Lead design thinking sessions and conduct thorough requirement analysis to ensure feasible implementation of functional specifications.
    • Translate user requirements into technical solutions, use cases, and functional requirements.
    • Define system-level application architecture, design, and implementation risks.
    • Engage with customers to explain technical issues and architecture decisions.
    • Prepare documentation like requirements, design specifications, and training programs.
    • Develop test plans, conduct testing, and ensure application quality.
    • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot system issues.
    • Analyze change impacts and collaborate with local and offshore teams for project delivery.
    • Participate in pre-sales activities by preparing solutions and proposals.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in the banking sector is a must.
    • Degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst and tester in a Java environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to follow up on reported issues.
    • Knowledge of change management processes and system backend analysis.
    • Experience in data mapping, categorization, and testing activities.
    • Self-motivated with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in Java development, Jira, and SQL.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
    • Customer-service oriented with good teamwork and presentation abilities.
