Service Consultant - Singapore - WEARNES AUTOMOTIVE PTE. LTD.
Description
Key Responsbilities:
- Assist customer to file accident report & advise appropriate claim option available eg: TP or OD
- Provide clear estimation for insurance claims
- Follow up on claim authorisation standard
- Liaise with insurance company for motor claims
- Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status
- Follow up with parts executive on parts availability
- Close and invoice job once repair is done
Requirements:
- Minimum NTC2 in MVM/Automotive Technology
- Good knowledge of car components, estimation system, Autoline
- Knowledge in Motor Claim Framework
