A leading Swiss private banking group that provides a range of wealth management services to private clients, families, and institutions worldwide with over a century of expertise.

Your New Role

  • Work in tandem with internal sectors and external subcustodians, custodians, agents, and brokers to ensure daily tasks align with organizational benchmarks.
  • Monitor incoming inquiries and respond promptly or offer temporary solutions.
  • Oversee Business Operations
  • Evaluate daily inbound and outbound SWIFT messages linked to Corporate Actions.
  • Execute the handling and balancing of positions and entitlements derived from Corporate Actions transactions.

The Successful Applicant:

What you will need to succeed

  • Diploma/Degree and at least 3 years of experience in banking or a related field.
  • Sound technical grasp of Corporate Action & Tax affairs
  • Understanding of handling US restricted securities, taxrelated reporting/reclaiming is beneficial
  • Understanding of managing Bond Restructuring, and filing claims for defaulted instruments is advantageous
