We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our team and drive our operational excellence further.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of wrecking and demolition projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and manage teams, ensuring that they have the necessary resources, equipment, and training to execute projects efficiently.
• Ensure all operations adhere to company safety protocols and industry regulations. Regularly review and update safety protocols as needed.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients. Address any concerns, feedback, or inquiries promptly to maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage budgets for each project, ensuring costeffectiveness and profitability.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, budgetary concerns, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
• Oversee the general cleaning services department, ensuring the team delivers highquality services to clients.
• Identify areas for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure regular maintenance and proper functioning of all equipment and tools used in operations.
