JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Processing and monitoring of loan including drawdown, repayments, rollover, interest fixing and fee/interest collections for all types of loans.
  • Processing of inward and outward fund transfer, remittances, and fixed deposits.
  • Processing of treasury settlements including money market, bonds, FX, and derivatives.
  • Input of trade and customer and counterparties data in core banking system.
  • Construction of SWIFT and MEPS payments.
  • Account opening and performing AML screening.
  • Handle customer's queries.
  • Other operational duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/GCE 'A' level in related discipline (Banking/Finance/Accountancy).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write and speak English and Mandarin, in order to handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts.
  • A selfstarter who is able to organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and datelines independently.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to details.
  • A positive minded team player.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in operations department in a bank and familiar with SWIFT and MEPS systems will be preferred.
