What You Will Do:
As CTO, you will be responsible for crafting and executing our technological vision. You will develop a multi-year roadmap that focuses on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Python development.
You will lead a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
You will partner with the investment team to identify and implement AI-driven trading strategies.
You will ensure that our systems are secure, scalable, and reliable.

You will stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and identify opportunities to leverage these technologies to give our fund a competitive edge.

What We Are Looking For:
10+ years of experience in financial technology, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Python development.
Experience in developing and deploying quantitative trading models.
A strong understanding of the financial markets and the hedge fund industry.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
