    Description

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Executive, in a leading provider in the digital investment management sector. You will be instrumental in supporting a variety of financial and operational responsibilities, including budgeting, accruals, procurement, and vendor management.

    What you'll do:

    As an Accounts Executive, you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager. Your primary role will involve supporting your supervisor in managing all aspects of the assigned portfolio. This includes assisting with the operations and financial responsibilities of the properties within this portfolio. You will also oversee vendor services, ensuring that they meet service level agreements. Additionally, you will schedule maintenance with vendors and tenants, document insurance certificates, manage ad-hoc bookings for tenants, and assist with event coordination when required.

    • Support your supervisor in all management aspects of the assigned portfolio
    • Play a key role in assisting and supporting the operations and financial responsibilities of the properties within the portfolio
    • Oversee selection and performance of vendor services, including preparation of requests for proposal and service agreements
    • Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements
    • Schedule and facilitate maintenance with vendors and tenants
    • Document and track all certificates of insurance from vendors and tenants
    • Perform and keep track of ad-hoc bookings of amenities for tenants
    • Assist with occasional minor festival event coordination as needed

    What you bring:

    The ideal candidate for this Accounts Executive position will bring a wealth of experience in commercial property management. You should have a bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or finance or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of two or three years' related experience is essential. You should be comfortable supporting commercial processes such as handling purchase orders, invoices, contracts, accounts receivable and payable, and other relevant financial documentation. Your ability to oversee vendor services, schedule maintenance with vendors and tenants, document insurance certificates, manage ad-hoc bookings for tenants, and assist with event coordination will be key to your success in this role.

    • Experience in supporting commercial processes, including purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and other relevant financial documentation
    • Ability to assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
    • Experience in issuing Purchase Orders and administering maintenance contract fulfilment
    • Proven ability to oversee selection and performance of vendor services
    • Experience in scheduling maintenance with vendors and tenants
    • Ability to document and track certificates of insurance from vendors and tenants
    • Experience in performing ad-hoc bookings for tenants
    • Ability to assist with event coordination as needed
