Documentum Support Analyst - Singapore - Peak Ocean Pte Ltd

The Documentum Support Analyst reports to the COE lead and maintains responsibility in managing and supporting Company's global Documentum system.
This position represents the module expertise for Documentum Capital Projects in the Company, supporting ongoing projects which rely heavily on document exchanges with client's system.
He/She will work closely with the Document Control Team in terms of technical support and ensuring services are delivered according to the service level agreement.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate nonsyncing issues and interpret for error messages for ''TIE'' Web.
- monitor DCP-TIE portal daily for any document exchange / transmission issues.
- train new joiner on using Document CP, TIE Web, BOX.
- attend client meeting & re-solve issues pertaining to technical errors.
- review comparison report (PIMS, CP, STID) and to assign tasks to DC, IES or EQN.
- engage AMS support team for Document enhancement request.
- monitor BOX performance on a daily basis.
- assist DC task (such as replacement file in CP).
- send automatically via ''TIE'' once ''Review Class Status'' provided, ''Internal Review Completed'' in PIMS.
- have a monthly / weekly discussion with DC Team on new implementation in DCP or discrepancies in system.
- provisioning of missing files (native, PDF, generated PDF) that are not uploaded in PIMS/STID during normal sync operation.
- monitor Incoming / Outgoing CRS.
Qualification and Experience:
- 5 years' experience in Documentum and D2 with rollout and ongoing support.
- Minimum 3 full life cycle implementation experience from design to golive for Documentum and D2 modules
- Strong communication and/partner skills with end users with nontechnical background
- Strong handson and support experience with Document CP 16.2 / 20. 2 to 3 end to end implementation cycles experience and maintenance of global instance of Documentum D2/Capital projects (Prefer experience with version 4.6 D2 and Capital Projects version 1.10)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience coordinating with onsite/Offshore team members
- Must have hands on knowledge in implementing Documentum and D2 modules
- Efficient in analyzing business requirements, needs and objectives and mapping them to Documentum/D2 configurations
- Basic knowledge of Documentum/D2 implementation, configuration, data/Document migration and cutover activities
- Experience with preparing user training documentation, and test scripts
- Bachelors degree in related field
