- **You will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting processes of the company, ensuring adherence to Group policies and applicable laws/regulations. The role will involve preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing the budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to develop and monitor budgets.
Coordinate and oversee audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide financial analysis and guidance on strategic decisions, supporting the achievement of business objectives.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.
Develop and mentor finance team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance
Minimum of 57 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
