- Provides the financial perspective to help stakeholders understand and reduce Cost of Quality
- Prepare business cases to support decision making for Quality function.
- Track Cost of Quality KPIs and identify opportunities to reduce Cost of Quality
- Stakeholder collaboration with Quality teams to support on any regular and ad-hoc tasks.
- Periodic review of Cost of Quality overheads in Markets, involving direct engagement with Market Aftersales, Logistics and Finance teams
- Collaborate with Group Accounting for Guarantee Provision calculations using Quality dashboards and data.
- Track Quality expenses incurred and facilitate process for Quality claims
- Leverage on OneStream and Tableau dashboards to extract data and provide meaningful analysis with an eye on business objectives.
- Qualified Accountant or equivalent post graduate qualification with at least 5 years of post qualitification experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in financial modelling
- Able to work with ambiguity
- Independent and proactive in nature with a mindset of adding value
- Problem solver – willing to find unconventional solutions to issues that do not have a clear answer.
- Excellent personal and business presentation skills. Ability to collaborate and work with various stakeholders at different levels.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

The Quality Finance team is a strategic financial business partner supporting the Chief Quality Officer, to proactively reduce Dyson's Cost of Quality and support decision making to achieve Dyson's business ambition. This role reports into the Senior Finance Manager (Quality) and is part of the Group Operations Finance team.
