Job summary

We are seeking a practical reliable Office Manager and Business Support Administrator to join our Singapore Office. This role blends facilities management administrative support and hands-on operations for the office and the business.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated calm under pressure and willing to role up their sleeves to keep the office running smoothly.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners and be comfortable handling both the nitty-gritty tasks and more strategic coordination.


Responsibilities

  • Office management Ensure the maintenance of the office is kept to a high standard which includes liaising with outside agencies such as landlords plant rental providers office equipment providers caretakers cleaning agents etc Book repair work for the office where required assist in office equipment disposal Organise company events activities for the Singapore Office such as team bonding events barbeques notable date celebrations etc Organise arrange board meetings Manage meeting rooms by ensuring booking system that they are used appropriately Deliver induction new joiners familiarised with office equipment health safety protocols including fire evacuation procedures Management stationery pantry supplies Coordinate First Aiders ensure all certification file relevant support needed successful Perform administrative duties appropriately disseminate correspondence send post packages courier run any errands Maintain enjoyable environment festive decorations set up employee contractor temp workers workstations physical presence first day last day onboarding offboarding Ad hoc duties manager management Account accounting finance Check approve opportunities timely efficiently As Salesforce administrator check necessary changes ensure proper filing sales contracts Raise Purchase Requisitions follow invoices payments Unit4 vendors queries IT support Maintain laptop computer peripheral device inventory contact point IT team Set laptops time Ad hoc duties Any other ad hoc duties requested manager management About You Experience similar administration / business support Previous use Salesforce beneficial Proficiency Microsoft 365 suite Outlook Excel Word Teams SharePoint General literacy Ability conflicting deadlines priorities accuracy professionalism Strong organisational multitasking skills attention detail Excellent verbal written communication Discretion confidential information Proactive service-oriented hands tasks Willing stay late busy periods DIVERSITY INCLUSION CloserStill Media diversity inclusive environment encourages collaboration innovation Equal opportunity employer All applicants considered employment merit age ethnicity religion beliefs sexual orientation gender identity family parental status disability status WORK LOCATION: PERSONAL DATA CONSENT:
