**HR & Admin Manager (Work Location at Changi Airport)
Job Description & Requirements

  • Handle full spectrum of HR duties particularly in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits.
  • General HR matters, processing payroll, CPF matters, tax submission, IR8A, IR21 etc.
  • Administration of workers' movements such as resignation, transfers, promotion, benefits and staff claims.
  • Conduct all periodic compensation exercises including salary increment, performance bonus and awards.
  • Handle employee's medical insurance, workmen injury compensation and group hospitalization.
  • Manage leave records and submit statutory subsidy claims.
  • Process and administer all training needs and training related funding as well as claims by various government agencies.
  • Organize staff welfare and activities, staffs communications and HR improvements projects.
  • Maintain accurate HR database and uptodate employee records.
  • Monitor closely of retails sales performance and suggest recommendation to management
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for overall administrative duties.

Requirements:


  • Min Diploma in HR more than 2 years of experience in full spectrum of HR and admin duties
  • Prior relevant work experience in retail industries will be an advantage.
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Dynamic and resourceful personality
  • Available immediately will be an advantage
  • Familiar in
    Infotech HR software will be an advantage
