**HR & Admin Manager (Work Location at Changi Airport)Job Description & Requirements
- Handle full spectrum of HR duties particularly in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits.
- General HR matters, processing payroll, CPF matters, tax submission, IR8A, IR21 etc.
- Administration of workers' movements such as resignation, transfers, promotion, benefits and staff claims.
- Conduct all periodic compensation exercises including salary increment, performance bonus and awards.
- Handle employee's medical insurance, workmen injury compensation and group hospitalization.
- Manage leave records and submit statutory subsidy claims.
- Process and administer all training needs and training related funding as well as claims by various government agencies.
- Organize staff welfare and activities, staffs communications and HR improvements projects.
- Maintain accurate HR database and uptodate employee records.
- Monitor closely of retails sales performance and suggest recommendation to management
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
- Responsible for overall administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in HR more than 2 years of experience in full spectrum of HR and admin duties
- Prior relevant work experience in retail industries will be an advantage.
- Good organization and time management skills
- Dynamic and resourceful personality
- Available immediately will be an advantage
- Familiar in
Infotech HR software will be an advantage
