Clinic Assistant - Singapore - BETTER LIFE CLINIC PTE. LTD.

Description

Successful applicants will be working mainly at the front counter of a clinic offering psychiatric and psychological services.

Job description would include, but is not limited to:

1. Registering patients that come for consultations, arranging appointments and collecting payment.

2. Answering emails and phone calls pertaining to clinic matters

3. Dispensing medication to patients after sufficient training is provided.

4. Assisting the clinicians in the clinic with administrative matters

5. Able to work in a team handling administrative matters in a busy clinic

A good command of English, good work ethic is required.

Experience with dispensing medication would be a strong plus.
