- Provide resolution to all issues related to users (Hardware, Software, Operating system configuration, O365) logged through various channels
- Provide necessary support to traveling users
- Provide Level 1 support in triaging any printer hardware related issues
- Provide necessary support to manage the Company's PC hardware and peripherals depot
- Provide Level 1 support for any Audio, Video, and conference room equipment issues.
- The support will be limited to: Level 1 triaging of issues such as power connection to the AV equipment
- Min a Bachelors degree is required
- Min 3 years relevant expereince in Desktop support is required
- Must have experience and knowledge in Oracle , MySQL , PostgreSQL DB Administration
- Knowledge in MS windows , MS office,hardware knowledge.
- Coverage time : 8am – 4.30PM
