- Review and refine policies and processes for governing sellers in the platform
- Improve key seller operations metrics, including but not limited to seller fulfilment rates and store ops performance
- Propose new initiatives to improve seller's performance by benchmarking against competitors or by using data
- Drive cross functional user experience channel/touchpoint initiatives and conceptualise proposals to improve gaps based on understanding of user sentiments and internal data metrics
- Ability to understand operational stages of executions and project drive improvements to lead time and Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant or proven experience (eg. business development, operations)
- Prior e-Commerce experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and customer service software
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management
- Comfortable working with large sets of data and simplifying complex data into insights
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, past experience in driving initiatives
- Start-up experience is a plus
- SQL skills preferred
