Description

The trainee must be knowledgeable professional who us develop, integrate, and maximize the value of IT systems.

He/she will provide strategic advice, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer expertise in areas such as hardware, software, networks, and project management.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and business objectives.
• Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals.
• Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with in-house technical staff.
• Design IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality.
• Support new technology implementation.
• Train users in new and existing IT systems.
• Provide assistance with technical issues.
• Revise existing systems and suggest improvements.
• Produce reports

Technical Skills and Competencies:

• Client assesment and Project management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Diagnostic test and Troubleshoot hardware,software and network problems
• Customer service

Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered - 6 months

Mature Mid Career Individuals - $3,400

This Position is open for mid career individuals (Mature, 40 years and above).
