    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are looking for a well-organized Indoor Sales Coordinator to provide necessary Support to our Sales Team. The Successful Candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information.

    The goal is to facilitate the team's activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long -lasting development of the Company.

    Responsibilities:

    • The Successful Candidate will be Responsible for the Internal Support of our Sales Team for Computer and IT hardware Products
    • Assist the Sales Team to prepare quotations, follow-up on Sales Enquires and handle the processing of all Sales Orders with Accuracy and Timeliness
    • Communicating with local & overseas principals in support for our Sales Team
    • He/she to provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to customers whenever it is required and respond to Customer feedback effectively
    • Prepare and/or update database and activity reports on a weekly basis or as and when required by immediate supervisor with accuracy
    • Coordinate Sales Team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
    • Work closely with the immediate Supervisor and our Sales Team
    • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

    Requirements and Skills:

    • 'O' Level/ 'A' Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma
    • Minimum 1 year of working experience. Applicant with no experience but with the correct attitude will also be considered
    • Proficiency in English, both oral and written and/or Mandarin in order to speak with Mandarin speaking customer for processing orders
    • Good Computer Skills in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Experience in SAP software will be an added advantage
    • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving
    • Customer-driven and good service-oriented
    • Pro-active and a good team player
    • Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure
