JOB SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for supporting accounting teams of Crocs Singapore entities, including production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results.

The role will work-shadow members of the Accounting department as they perform their duties, learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile & analyse data, and track information to support the organization goals & objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Singapore

Shadowing members of the Accounting department and support as required
Assist with research, filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
Provide support and work closely with direct vendors and suppliers on their queries and payment for invoices
Provide support to team members to resolve payment issues
Prepare Mass payment run & Ad hoc run with management approval
Ensure all payment transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
Support affiliates/subsidiaries statutory filing on time and with accuracy
Review and approve lease invoices in Lucernex lease management system
Clear and mitigate control deficiencies to drive clean control audit
Participate and support new projects/ enhancement to systems as required

Controls:

Maintain and ensure compliance to documented policies and procedures and adherence to US GAAP
Ensure SOX compliance of key controls for financial processes

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with peers and crossfunctionally within the Company
Partner with regional teams to standardize and align processes in the most optimal method
Seek and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement
Collaborate with Treasury, AR/AP and Internal Audit

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Recent graduate or actively working towards a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
Basic understanding of Accounting and financial principles
Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Experienced Excel user
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of efficiency, accuracy and responsibilities
Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible
Travel Not Required
